鲐鱼俗叫鲐巴鱼,生活在海水中,身体呈纺锤形,背青兰色,腹淡黄色,肉可以吃。1979年8月12月,驻济南地区××局给水段钻井队某机组伙食团,因食用鲐鱼引起食物中毒。当晚食用鲐鱼者25人,先后共22人在食后半小时至一小时内发病,占食用人数88％。 22例中毒患者临床表现:头痛13、头晕17、皮肤潮红12、口舌麻木9、恶心呕吐8、胸闷5、腹痛4、腹泻2、肢无力4、荨麻疹1例。发生中毒出现症状后,济南铁路医院进行
