目的:通过对2007、2008年建水县生产和销售的酒类的调查分析,掌握建水县酒类残留污染物的状况,提出相应的预防控制措施。方法:采用整群抽样和随机抽样的方法,对建水县生产和销售的酒类共644件进行检测分析。结果:本次调查蒸馏酒355份,合格率为82.5%;配制酒261份,合格率为93.1%;发酵酒28份全部合格。结论:建水县酒类残留污染物超标项目均为杂醇油,但也应注意其他残留污染物的存在,相关部门仍须加强监管力度。
OBJECTIVE: Through the investigation and analysis of the wines produced and sold in 2007 and 2008 in Jianshui County, the status of alcohol residual pollutants in Jianshui County was grasped and corresponding preventive and control measures were put forward. Methods: Using cluster sampling and random sampling method, a total of 644 wines produced and sold in Jianshui County were tested and analyzed. Results: The investigation of 355 distilled spirits, with a pass rate of 82.5%; brewed 261 copies, the pass rate of 93.1%; 28 were fermented wine all qualified. Conclusion: The excessive alcohol residues in Jianshui County are all fusel oil, but other residual pollutants should also be noticed. Relevant departments still need to strengthen supervision.
