辅导员是高校与学生关系的纽带,辅导员工作是高校学生工作的关键。在辅导员的实际工作中,对学生的问题进行搜集整理并反馈给学校相对来说较容易,将学校的各项要求和信息及时有效的传达给广大学生就存在着诸多问题。
Counselors are the link between college and students. Counselors ’work is the key to college students’ work. In the practical work of the counselor, it is relatively easy to collect and organize the students’ questions and give them back to the school. There are many problems in timely and effective communication of the school’s requirements and information to the students.
