固定义齿是口腔矫形学的一个重要组成部分。特别是在北方应用的更为广泛。广大患者,对这种修复方法,也有迫切的要求。但多年来,固定义齿的制作方法,大体分两种;有缝和无缝。有缝多因焊接材料性能所限在短时间内就开焊而坏掉,无缝虽坚固但操作方法复杂,适应不了广大患者的需要。针对这种情况,我院在有缝和无缝制作原理的基础上,进行了新的改革试验(一体固定桥),经过六年来临床的实践,收到了一定的效果,使广大患者感到满意。它的特点是:(一)整个固定桥是一体的,一次可完
