邓小平作为建设中国特色社会主义的总设计师,创造性地提出了建设中国特色社会主义理论。1978年9月,邓小平在视察北方时发表了一系列具有重要指导意义的谈话,被称为“北方谈话”。邓小平北方谈话同邓小平南方谈话一样,是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,在邓小平理论中占有重要地位。加深认识和努力实践邓小平北方谈话,对于建设中国特色社会主义,特别是实践全面建设小康社会和早日实现振兴东北老工业基地奋斗目标,具有十分重要的指导意义。在纪念邓小平同志诞辰一百周年之际,本刊特邀中共辽宁省委党史研究室党史资政课题组研究撰写《认识与实践邓小平北方谈话》的一组文章,包括《邓小平北方谈话的由来》、《邓小平北方谈话的主要内容》、《认识和实践邓小平理论的一项重要使命》、《北方谈话与南方谈话之比较》、《学习贯彻北方谈话——解放思想、实事求是》、《学习贯彻北方谈话——用先进技术和管理方法改造企业》,翔实地介绍了邓小平1978年9月北方之行的具体情况,概括整理了邓小平此次北方之行的重要谈话、指示、意见和精神,从各个角度具体解剖、分析、阐释邓小平北方谈话的意义所在,从中找出学习邓小平北方谈话对我们现阶段工作的重要指导作用。
As the chief architect of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, Deng Xiaoping creatively put forward the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In September 1978, when Deng Xiaoping inspected the North, he issued a series of important and instructive remarks called “North Talks.” Like the conversation between Deng Xiaoping and the South, Deng Xiaoping’s northern talks constituted an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and played an important role in Deng Xiaoping Theory. To deepen our understanding and to practice Deng Xiaoping’s talks with the north has very important guiding significance for building socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the goal of rejuvenating the northeast old industrial base as soon as possible. In commemoration of the centenary of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s 100th birthday, this magazine invited the CPC Central Party Committee of the Party History Research Team to write a series of articles on “Understanding and Practicing Deng Xiaoping’s North Talks”, including “Deng Xiaoping’s conversation in the north The Origin of Deng Xiaoping’s ”,“ The Main Content of Deng Xiaoping’s North Talks ”,“ An Important Mission of Understanding and Implementing Deng Xiaoping Theory ”,“ Comparison of North Talks and South Talks, ”“ Studying and Carrying out North Talks - Emancipating the Mind and Seeking Truth from Facts, ”“ Studying Carrying out the North Talks - Transforming Enterprises with Advanced Technology and Management Approaches ”, a detailed account of Deng Xiaoping’s visit to the north in September 1978, a summary of Deng Xiaoping’s important talks, instructions, opinions and spirit during his visit to the north, Analyze and interpret the significance of Deng Xiaoping’s talks in the North from all angles and find out the important guiding role that Deng Xiaoping’s North Talks can play in our work at this stage.
