作者1997年从江苏省江阴市农业局引进新型果树促控剂PBO,对6年生金水梨进行的试验采用根施、喷施两种方法。根施将粉剂对水2.5kg,沿树冠滴水线沟施,设15g/抹、25g/株、35g/株、45g/株的PBO粉剂和5g/株PP333可湿性粉剂共5个处理。喷施PBO稀释150倍,枝芽喷湿滴水为度,株用药量15g,以清水浇施为对照。单株小区,随机选树,重复3次。施用时期为金水梨花芽鳞片松动期。第一、二次生理落果后(4月12日、5月10日)调查各处理着果情况。
