在党建工作目标管理实施过程中,我们坚持抓住重点,整体推进.具体操作上突出抓了以下三项重点工作:第一,提高党员队伍整体素质,夯实党建工作目标管理基础.一年来,结合全厂党员队伍的实际,厂党委和各基层党组织采取多种形式,有的放矢地开展了以党性观念、价值观念、党员形象为主题的“三个教育”活动.认真组织全体党员学理论学《党章》;组织“爱岗敬业、立足岗位学雷锋”演讲报告会,在全厂树立了一批优秀典型,号召全体党员向他们学习.同时,厂党委还利用业余党校,按行业、分层次举办各种专业技术培训班,组织党员学习有关市场经济及法律常识和经营管理知识等,并在全厂开展了“五个一”技术培训活动,即按党员不同岗位,一日班前会上由党员回答群众提出的一个技术问题,一周上一次技术课,一月进行一次技术知识考试,一季组织一次技术比赛,一年举办一次技术状元和技术能手评比.通过开展一系列教育活动,较好地提高了党员队伍的思想政治素质和业务技术素质.为实现本单位党组织和党员个人奋斗目标夯实了牢固的基础,促进党内形成了“四个风气”.
