4节气门位置传感器4.1节气门位置传感器(TPS)的结构原理节气门位置传感器安装在节气门轴上,它将节气门打开的角度转换成电压信号送到ECU,以便在节气门不同开度状态下控制喷油量。ECU根据此信号确认发动机的负荷和运行状态,并用于进气量计算的修正信号。TPS有和节气门轴一起联动的可动触点。触点可在电阻体上滑动,利用变化的电阻值,测得与节气门开度对应的可变电压。根据输出的电压值,可直接测量节气门开度。TPS与凸轮轴位置传感器(CPS)信号一起供ECU决定燃油基本喷射量、点火时刻及空调控制(急加速时停止空调工作约3s)。
4 Throttle Position Sensor 4.1 Structure of Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Throttle position sensor is installed on the throttle shaft, it will throttle the angle of opening into a voltage signal sent to the ECU, in order to throttle the different opening state Under the control of fuel injection. ECU based on this signal to confirm the engine load and operating conditions, and used to calculate the intake air correction signal. TPS has a movable contact with the throttle shaft linkage. The contacts can slide on the resistor body, using a variable resistance value, measured with the throttle opening corresponding to the variable voltage. According to the output voltage, the throttle opening can be directly measured. TPS and Camshaft Position Sensor (CPS) signal together for the ECU to determine the basic fuel injection quantity, ignition timing and air conditioning control (emergency acceleration to stop the air conditioning work about 3s).
