在低剪切速率下,电流变流体(ERfluid)的剪切应力-剪切速率曲线上存在一非线性初始过渡区。对初始过渡区外电流变流体的流变特性进行了研究,结果表明,在过渡区外当剪切速率较高时,电流变流体表现为Bingham塑性流体;表观粘度在过渡区外变化很小,可近似为常数。
At low shear rates, there is a nonlinear initial transition zone in the ERfluid shear stress-shear rate curve. The rheological properties of the electrorheological fluid outside the initial transition zone were studied. The results show that the electrorheological fluid behaves as Bingham plastic fluid when the shear rate is high outside the transition zone. Apparent viscosity changes little outside the transition zone , Can be approximated as a constant.
