病例介绍:患者,女,52岁。因昏厥2次就诊。半年来两次昏厥均发生于参加宴席饮酒时,每次饮高度白酒约200ml发生神志不清,立即半卧位施救,按压人中,用风油精涂搓上肢,短时间内苏醒,无恶心,呕吐和大小便失禁。患者平时体健,能胜任重体力劳动,无胸闷,胸痛和高血压史。既往偶有饮低度白酒约半斤却无不适,无吸烟史。查体:T36.5℃,P65bpm,
Case description: Patient, female, 52 years old. Due to fainting 2 visits.
