焊接残余应力导致蜂窝梁截面纤维过早达到屈服,并降低了蜂窝梁截面的抗侧扭转刚度。为了研究残余应力对蜂窝梁侧扭屈曲的影响,根据蜂窝梁残余应力试验测量结果和简化分布模型,编写了描述残余应力大小和分布的ANSYS初应力文件,并在非线性分析中以此来考虑残余应力对蜂窝梁侧扭屈曲的影响,使对蜂窝梁的整体稳定性能的研究更加完善。结果表明:残余应力对蜂窝梁弹塑性侧扭失稳的影响很大,其中翼缘两侧残余压应力峰值对蜂窝梁侧扭失稳的影响最为显著。
The welding residual stress causes the fiber of the cross-section of the honeycomb beam to yield prematurely and reduces the anti-lateral torsional stiffness of the cross-section of the honeycomb beam. In order to study the effect of residual stress on torsional buckling of honeycomb girder, an initial stress file describing the magnitude and distribution of residual stress was prepared according to the residual stress test results and simplified distribution model of the honeycomb girder, and was considered in the nonlinear analysis The influence of residual stress on the torsional buckling of honeycomb girder makes the research on the overall stability of honeycomb girder more perfect. The results show that the residual stress has a great influence on the elasto-plastic lateral buckling of honeycomb beams, and the peak value of residual compressive stress on both sides of the flange has the most significant influence on the lateral buckling failure of the honeycomb beam.
