本文介绍用金硅面垒型半导体探测器制成的α放射性气溶胶监测仪和对几种国产滤纸的实验结果。实验表明,这种监测仪采用自制的孔径2微米的微孔滤纸取样,对钚~(239)的监测灵敏度约为1—2最大容许浓度·小时(当氡(气土)本底浓度约3×10~(-13)居里/升时)。用超细玻璃纤维滤纸和2号微滤纸取样,灵敏度可达到约6—7最大容许浓度·小时左右。若对探头抽真空,灵敏度提高近一倍。改变单道阈值可用于监测钋-210、铀等α放射性气溶胶。
This article describes the α-radioactive aerosol monitor made of a gold-silicon surface barrier type semiconductor detector and experimental results on several domestic filter papers.
