人肺癌组织通透性糖蛋白P-170的研究

本文采用免疫组织化学染色法检测了28例肺癌手术标本和5例正常肺组织中P-170的表达水平，结果表明，肺癌的多药耐药性与P-170表达有关，吸烟与P-170表达相关．

In this study, the expression of P-170 in 28 lung cancer specimens and 5 normal lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that the multidrug resistance of lung cancer was related to P-170 expression, smoking and P-170 Expression related.
