从数量提升转换为内涵式发展是当前我国职业教育的发展趋势，教师作为学校核心的“软件设施”，是提高中职学校教学质量的首要条件。通过采取“送、下、带、引、聘”综合培养机制加快县级中专教师队伍建设，建设一支数量足够、结构合理、积极性高、具备“双师”素质的教师队伍是当务之急。
