本文系通过调查,並就已有的降雨、流量等资料,探讨暴雨径流关系,对于设计暴雨、扣损问题均作较细的分析;并试求瞬时单位线,对于瞬时单位线参数进行较深入的探讨,以之推求设计洪水;在推算瞬时单位线过程中,还发现该河洪峰流量与流域最大6小时净雨有一定的经验关系,从而提出经验相关的方法,以作推求设计洪水之助。最后与频率计算作了对比,分析导致差异的可能原因,并提出进一步分析研究工作的建议。瞬时单位线的分析与应用,在我省工程水文计算中尚属首次尝试,缺乏经验,不妥之处,请予指正。
In this paper, we investigate the relationship between stormwater runoff and existing rainfall and flow data, and analyze the design of heavy rainfall and buckling loss carefully. We also try to find the instantaneous unit line, During the process of estimating the instantaneous unit line, we also found that there is a certain empirical relationship between the peak flood discharge of the river and the net rainfall of a maximum of 6 hours in the river basin, so as to put forward the experience-related method for making the design flood assistance . At last, it makes a comparison with the frequency calculation, analyzes the possible causes of the differences, and puts forward some suggestions for further analysis and research work. The analysis and application of instantaneous unit line is still the first attempt in engineering hydrometry calculation in our province, so we should correct it.
