以耐热性不同的3个辣椒品种为试材,对其进行2~8d的高温(35~45℃)处理,研究辣椒叶片中细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶(POX)活性的变化与辣椒耐热性的关系.结果表明:35~40℃下处理2d,品种间的细胞膜透性变化差异显著;35~45℃下处理2d,品种间的游离脯氨酸含量差异显著.因此,细胞膜透性变化和游离脯氨酸的含量这两项指标可用于测定辣椒叶片耐热力
Three pepper cultivars with different heat resistances were used as test materials and treated with high temperature (35 ~ 45 ℃) for 2 ~ 8 days to study the changes of cell membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, free proline Content and peroxidase (POX) activity changes with the heat resistance of pepper. The results showed that there was significant difference in membrane permeability between two cultivars at 35-40 ℃ for 2 days. The content of free proline was significantly different between two cultivars at 35-45 ℃ for 2 days. Therefore, the two indicators of cell membrane permeability changes and free proline content can be used to determine the heat resistance of pepper leaves
