引言先进技术及设施在金融领域的广泛应用,促使金融业发生了深刻变革。技术进步使金融业摆脱了手工操作,加强了银行内部的资金营运和管理,实现了电脑自动化服务,把银行、企业、商业网点和家庭(个人)联成一体,直接或间接地推动了支付与清算系统、金融市场、融资技术的创新,推动了金融管理方式的创新。技术进步使金融市场的效率大增,经营利润上升,社会的总效益提高。金融机构进入金融市场的成本减少,吸引着越来越多的金融机构进入金融市场,促使金融市场的垄断力量逐渐弱化,竞争程度提高。
