文章通过研究国际空间站应用情况,分析了其空间制品载荷返回技术的发展现状。对目前国际空间站制品载荷返回技术的研究现状进行了详细的介绍,着重对俄罗斯、日本和欧洲的研究情况进行了论述。结合国际的工程实际,归纳出空间制品返回的技术思路。分别对不可展开舱体、结构展开式舱体和充气展开式舱体方案分别进行了论述,总结了各种方案的特点。最后针对空间制品返回方案的关键技术进行了说明,提出相应的技术解决思路。通过文章的论述,指出了结合目前中国空间站计划,实施对空间制品载荷下载的研究意义,同时为空间站制品的下行提供了相应的技术解决途径。
By studying the application situation of the International Space Station, this paper analyzes the status quo of the development of load return technology for space products. The current research status of the load back technology of the products of the International Space Station is introduced in detail, and the research situation in Russia, Japan and Europe are mainly discussed. Combined with the international engineering practice, the technical ideas of the return of space products are summarized. The schemes of non-expandable pods, structural unfolded pods and inflatable expandable pods respectively are discussed respectively, and the characteristics of various schemes are summarized. Finally, the key technologies of the space product return program are described, and the corresponding technical solutions are put forward. Through the exposition of the article, it is pointed out that combining with the current China space station plan, it is meaningful to carry out the load download of space products and provide the corresponding technical solution for the downlink of space station products.
