当屋架梁的跨度大于18米时,一般都采用后张法预应力钢筋混凝土折线形屋架,在现场用叠捣法制作,而后张拉、灌浆、起扳、竖立、进行吊装,现将施工中质量问题和改进意见及设计中有关问题提出以便探讨。屋架梁的宽度由于经济指标和吊装起重量的限制,不可能很大,以全国通用的标准图集G415为例,宽度为24厘米,设计时靠支撑系统、屋盖系统来抵抗水平力,所以在制作、施工、吊装过程中如何防止和减少侧向力的影响就十分重要。必须了解设计意
When the truss beam span is more than 18 meters, post-tensioned pre-stressed reinforced concrete bent-line roof trusses are generally used. They are made on the site by the stacking method, and are then stretched, grouted, raised, erected, and hoisted. Quality issues, suggestions for improvement, and related issues in design are proposed for discussion. The width of the truss beam cannot be very large because of economic indicators and lifting weight restrictions. Take the national standard atlas G415 as an example. The width is 24cm. The design supports the horizontal system by the support system and the roof system.
