现阶段的中国,在工程建设领域中,大多数施工企业的信息化还处在起步阶段,施工企业的行业性质和业务类型决定了在工作流程、安全、资金风险等方面都是区别于传统制造业的。施工企业究竟应该使用什么样的信息系统,到底对信息化有什么实质的需求,信息化又能给施工企业带来些什么发展机遇,将从一线的工程技术人员的角度出发,来探讨施工企业项目管理信息化存在的问题及对策。
