以Si变质处理的6061铝合金为研究对象,采用砂型铸造的方法制备了不同Si含量的合金铸锭。研究了Al-Mg-Si变形铝合金在铸造过程中的凝固特征,分析了不同元素含量对变形铝合金热裂性能、铸态力学性能与固溶时效后合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Si含量的增加,合金热裂倾向降低、抗拉强度增加、伸长率降低。
Si alloyed 6061 aluminum alloy was taken as the research object, and alloyed ingots with different Si contents were prepared by sand casting method. The solidification characteristics of Al-Mg-Si wrought aluminum alloy during casting were studied. The effects of different elements on the thermal cracking properties, the as-cast mechanical properties and the mechanical properties of the alloy after solution aging were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of Si content, the hot tearing tendency of the alloy decreases, the tensile strength increases and the elongation decreases.
