最近,美国工商企业界兴起一股新潮流;越来越多的公司热衷于雇佣短期高层管理人员,即所谓“短期经理”。 美国一份工商杂志介绍说,在全美国,临时性雇员中,便有12.5万,即大约12%的人是高层管理者。而且,自1990年以来,以年薪7.5万美元的高薪招聘临时即短期高层管理人员的公司几乎翻了3倍,这些公司的收入也由1990年的5000万美元普遍翻番而达1亿美元。
