几年前,我曾写了篇《小平会五老》的小文,记叙1979年1月17日小平同志会见胡厥文、胡子昂、荣毅仁、周叔弢、古耕虞五位工商界代表人士和民建、工商联两会领导人的情况。文章在《光明日报》发表后,据说有二三十家国内报刊转载,可见各界对此事的关注。当时限于篇幅,许多情况未能详述,总想有机会再讲一讲。看到有些报刊传闻不够准确,也想予以订正。近几个月来,我对此事进一步进行了采访,还查阅了有关档案、史料。今年是这次历史性会见的二十周年,特写成此文奉献给广大读者。
A few years ago, I wrote a small essay entitled “The Five Small Presbyterian Seniors” and recalled the remarks made by Comrade Xiaoping on 14 January 1979 with Hu Juewen, Hu Ziang, Rong Yiren, Zhou Shuntao and Gu Gengyu, representatives of the five business sectors and the Civil Society , The situation of the two leaders of the Federation of Industry and Commerce. After the publication of the “Guangming Daily”, it is said that there are about 20 or 30 domestic newspapers and magazines reprinted. This shows the public’s concern about this issue. At that time, due to space limitations, many cases were not detailed, and I always wanted to have a chance to talk about it again. See some newspaper rumors not accurate enough, but also want to be revised. In recent months, I have conducted further interviews with the incident and also reviewed relevant archives and historical materials. This year marks the twentieth anniversary of this historic meeting, featuring this article as a tribute to our readers.
