1.电子制造智慧工厂在中国·早在二十世纪九十年代,当时的国防科工委就提出了电子生产柔性化的理念。·由当时电子工业部电子科学研究院牵头,以电子部2所、38所、清华大学为骨干联合组建了EDMI中心。·主要任务是研究“电子工业军用电子电路柔性制造”。2.EDMI规划·建立一个在实体SMT生产线上的柔性制造系统。·通过将EDA,PDM与ERP的贯通,建成先进的电子电路板级的设计与组装中心。
1. Electronics Manufacturing Wisdom Factory in China As early as the 1990’s, the National Defense Commission of Science and Technology proposed the concept of flexible electronics manufacturing.
