四、食用菌的生活要求及生产技术(一)生活方式所有的菇类都不形成叶绿素,它不能象植物一样,靠光合作用利用二氧化碳合成糖类。当然,菇类也没有象动物那样的吞噬器官,可以靠吞食多种食物度日。所以菇类的生活,只能依靠腐生生活或寄生生活从死的或活着的植物体内吸收营养以维持自己。菇类的营养器官是菌丝体,菇体靠这些菌体深入到土壤、树木或人工提供的基质原料中,分解基质,吸收营养。
