目的手术治疗眼球穿孔伤的疗效观察。方法对281例(283眼)眼球穿孔伤行急诊手术处理、白内障、眼内异物等进行手术治疗。结果术后3个月随访,视力>0.5的127眼(45%);0.3～0.4的65眼(22.97%);0.05～0.25的80眼(28.3%);<0.04的11眼(3.89%)。结论眼球穿孔伤病情复杂,治疗眼球穿孔伤的原则是保持眼球的完整性、促进眼球组织修复、保持和恢复视功能、防止和及时处理并发病,我院对283眼穿孔伤的治疗达到比较滿意的效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect of surgical treatment of perforation of eyeball. Methods Surgical treatment of 281 cases (283 eyes) with perforation of the eyeball during emergency operation, cataract and intraocular foreign body were performed. Results After 3 months of follow-up, 127 eyes (45%) with visual acuity> 0.5, 65 eyes (22.97%) with 0.3 ~ 0.4, 80 eyes (28.3%) with 0.05 ~ 0.25, . Conclusions The perforation injury of eyeball is complex. The principle of treating perforation of eyeball is to maintain the integrity of eyeballs, promote the repair of eyeballs, maintain and restore visual function, and prevent and timely treat the disease. The treatment of 283 eyes with perforation injury is compared Satisfactory results.
