众所周知,粮食产业依赖于粮食生产和粮食流通,粮食产业经济的发展随着粮食生产、流通的发展而发展。在新中国的粮食产业经济发展史上,每次大的飞跃,都是在改革中诞生,在创新中突破。全国的情况如此,江苏省的情况也如此。笔者认为,改革创新应从四个方面驱动粮食产业经济实现健康发展飞跃发展。
As we all know, the grain industry relies on food production and grain circulation. The economic development of the grain industry develops with the development of grain production and circulation. In the history of the economic development of grain industry in New China, every major leap forward was born in the course of reform and a breakthrough in innovation. This is the case in the entire country, as is the case in Jiangsu Province. The author believes that the reform and innovation should drive the grain industry economy to achieve a healthy and rapid development from four aspects.
