笔者在1982年研究金针菇与光和空气的关系结果表明:金针菇在绝对黑暗条件下可以形成正常子实体;环境中较高CO_2浓度是抑制开伞、促使菌柄伸长的最主要因素;弱光可以诱导处于较高浓度CO_2环境条件下的金针菇整齐地朝着光的方向快速伸长,光移位可使菇柄扭曲。这一理论是金针菇商品生产取得高产稳产优质的密诀。它不仅造宜床栽,同样造宜袋栽、箱栽和各种环境的栽培。
In 1982, the author studied the relationship between Flammulina velutipes and light and air. The results showed that Flammulina velutipes could form normal fruiting bodies under the condition of absolute darkness. The higher CO 2 concentration in the environment was the most important factor to suppress the parachute and promote the elongation of stipe; Flammulina velutipes can be induced to grow neatly toward the direction of light under higher CO 2 environmental conditions, and light displacement can distort the mushroom stem.
