针对沥青胶浆中矿粉的沉淀问题,设计胶浆沉淀试验,测试胶浆密度及不同温度下的粘度,采用密度差量百分数,分析试验条件、胶浆材料组成对矿粉沉淀的影响,并对胶浆性能测试方法的适用性进行评价。结果表明:沥青胶浆在室温下冷凝,矿粉沉降对胶浆均匀性的影响并不显著,室温下成型试件的已有胶浆性能测试方法仍然适用;随着沥青胶浆温度上升,胶浆粘度急剧下降,矿粉沉降速率加快;随粉胶比增大,沉降差异性缩小;对于基质沥青,标号越高,矿粉沉降量越大,改性沥青密度差量百分数值均小于基质沥青,其均匀性好于基质沥青胶浆。
Aimed at the problem of precipitation of slag in asphalt cement mortar, sedimentation test was designed to test the density of mortar and the viscosity at different temperatures. The percentages of density difference were used to analyze the influence of test conditions on the precipitation of ore powder. The applicability of the mortar performance test method was evaluated. The results show that the asphalt mortar is condensed at room temperature, and the influence of the deposit of mineral powder on the uniformity of the mortar is not significant. The existing mortar performance test method is still applicable at room temperature. As the temperature of asphalt mortar increases, The viscosity of the slurry dropped sharply and the settlement rate of the ore powder accelerated. As the ratio of powder to binder increased, the difference of settlement decreased. The higher the mark, the greater the settlement of the slag and the percentage difference of the density of the modified asphalt were less than that of the matrix asphalt , Its uniformity is better than matrix asphalt mortar.
