Objective To investigate the change trend of recapitulative memory and prospective memory in female subjects under simulated 15-day ambulatory low bed-rest condition. Methods Twenty-two female subjects were placed in -6 ° head-down bed. At 5 days of bedtime, bed rests (days 5 and 10) and bed rest (days 5) were used to examine recanalization memory, event-based prospective memory, time-based prospective memory, The strategies adopted by the participants were recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the recanalization score of the bed group increased more obviously. The time-based forward-looking memory score was more significant. There was no significant difference between the bed-based group and the control group in the event-based prospective memory score. No compensation for bedridden groups was found. CONCLUSION: Under 15d-6 ° head-down bed simulated weightlessness, no significant impairment of memory ability and event-based prospective memory were observed, and the time-based prospective memory ability with more self-initiation was disturbed to a certain extent.
