近年来,作为实施素质教育主要途径之一的学校体育教育迅速发展,由于地区的差异,发展的不平衡性,农村体育课堂教学与现代教育教学不相符,为了适应现代教学的发展,应改变农村传统的课堂教学,激发学生的运动兴趣。教师的主导作用在体育课或训练中举足轻重,教师的讲解简明扼要、条理清楚、语言生动、风趣幽默,加之教师动作示范准确、协调、优美,学生就会很快地领会动作要领,振奋精神。在做练习时就会感兴趣,练习认真。但讲解含糊不清,罗嗦重复,示范不准确、不协调、不优美甚至失败,就会影响学生对练习的积极性
