国家新一轮的基础教育课程改革正在区域实验当中,不久将全面推开,这给我们的教师带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。课程改革,需要一批有改革意识的教师来操作。从理论以及实践经验来看,教师本身的素养能否跟得上课程改革的步伐,从根本上决定了课程改革的成败。教师在面临新课程改革时,除了要认真解读、领悟新课程体系中蕴涵的思想、树立正确的教育观念、接受各种教师培训外,还应根据新课程的要求,改变自身的教学行为。
The new round of reform in basic education curriculum in the country is undergoing regional experiments and will soon be rolled out in an all-round way. This has brought tremendous opportunities and challenges to our teachers. Curriculum reform requires a group of teachers with a sense of reform to operate. From the theory and practical experience, whether teachers' own literacy can keep up with the pace of curriculum reform fundamentally determines the success or failure of the curriculum reform. In the face of the new curriculum reform, teachers should not only seriously interpret and comprehend the ideas contained in the new curriculum system, set up correct educational concepts and accept various kinds of teacher training, but also change their own teaching behaviors according to the requirements of the new curriculum.
