低熔点合金模具是用熔点在100℃左右的合金,用铸造的方法代替机械加工,快速制造型腔模具的新技术。目前国内外已应用于汽车、拖拉机、航空等工业部门制造金属薄板拉伸成型零件。我所与北京玩具一厂、三厂、四厂,北京塑料四厂,北京第七机床厂等单位合作,经过半年多的试验研究,已将这种模具用在冲床上生产薄板玩具零件和在塑料工业中制造塑料制品件。
Low-melting alloy die is the melting point of about 100 ℃ alloy, casting method instead of machining, rapid manufacturing cavity mold new technology. After more than six months of experimental research, we have cooperated with Beijing No.1 Toy Factory, No. 3 Factory, No. 4 Factory, No. 4 Plastic Factory of Beijing and No. 7 Machine Tool Plant of Beijing. After more than six months of research, this mold has been used in the production of sheet metal parts for toys Plastics manufacturing plastic parts.
