目的:建立假茼蒿药材HPLC指纹图谱,对多批次药材进行质量控制。方法:采用Phenomenex C_(18)ODS2色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 m L·min~(-1),检测波长328 nm,柱温30℃;建立假茼蒿药材HPLC指纹图谱,对13批药材进行相似度评价,并进行聚类分析。结果:假茼蒿药材HPLC指纹图谱精密度、重复性和稳定性均较好;13批假茼蒿指纹图谱相似度>0.97;对13批药材进行聚类分析,总共可聚为4类。结论:将HPLC指纹图谱与聚类分析相结合,可对假茼蒿进行质量评价,可为质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Medicinal herbs of Artemisia selengensis and to control the quality of the medicinal materials of many batches. METHODS: The mobile phase was eluted with Phenomenex C 18 ODS 2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL · min -1 and a detection wavelength of 328 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The HPLC fingerprinting of Artemisia selengensis was established. The similarity of 13 medicinal materials was evaluated and clustering analysis was carried out. Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Artemisia selengensis were better in precision, repeatability and stability. The similarity of fingerprints of Artemisia selenges in 13 batches was> 0.97. The cluster analysis of 13 batches of medicinal materials could be grouped into 4 categories. Conclusion: The combination of HPLC fingerprinting and cluster analysis can be used to evaluate the quality of Artemisia selengensis, which can provide reference for quality control.
