旋转式能量回收装置(RERD)是反渗透海水淡化系统中的关键设备之一,对降低系统运行成本起到重要作用。本研究采用流体力学软件FLUENT,建立RERD装置三维非稳态滑移网格模型,研究分析了转速和流速对装置盐度场分布、混合度和效率的影响规律,获得了可实现装置混合度≤4%和能量回收效率≥98%运行效果的适宜操作条件,模拟结果对RERD实用化开发具有理论指导意义。
Rotary energy recovery unit (RERD) is one of the key equipment in reverse osmosis desalination system, which plays an important role in reducing system operating costs. In this study, the fluid dynamics software FLUENT was used to establish the three-dimensional unsteady slip grid model of RERD device. The influence of rotational speed and flow rate on the distribution, mixing degree and efficiency of salinity field was studied. 4% and energy recovery efficiency ≥ 98% of the operating conditions of the appropriate operating conditions, the simulation results for the RERD practical development of theoretical guidance.
