随着社会人口的老年化,老年人患垂体腺瘤者相对增多。由于老年人对手术的耐受性降低,经蝶窦手术后出现的水电解质紊乱可引起严重后果,我们总结了本院1994年11月至2000年10月期间15例年龄超过70岁的老年人垂体腺瘤的诊断和围手术期的处理,报道如下。
