从业内人士对高校图书馆实行采访业务外包情况的调查得知,目前采访业务外包已成为一种趋势。作者对高校馆实行采访业务外包的动因进行了探析,并对“采访工作是否始终是高校图书馆的核心业务,核心业务能否外包问题;高校图书馆招标采购图书,纲目订购和圈选两种模式下,采访业务可否外包问题;网络环境下,文献资源的采访业务能否外包问题”进行了认真的分析研究,就高校图书馆如何做好文献采访工作提出了自己的观点,认为高校图书馆采访业务不宜外包。
According to a survey conducted by industry insiders on the outsourcing of interviews conducted by academic libraries, it is known that the current outsourcing of business interviews has become a trend. The author explores the motivations for the university library to outsource the business outsourcing and expounds whether the interview work is always the core business of the university library and whether the outsourcing of the core business can be outsourced.
