本文主要介绍交流了我在图书馆岗位上对读者从过去被动服务向现在人性化服务转变的观念变化、工作状态和心得体会;阐述了图书馆员对读者实施人性化服务的重要性和必要性。
This article mainly introduces the exchange of my thoughts on the change of the reader’s passive service to the present humanized service in the post of the library, the work status and experience. I expound the importance and necessity of the librarian in implementing the humanized service for the reader .
