利用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)研究了冷轧轧程和冷轧压下率对00Cr21MoNbTi铁素体不锈钢的组织、织构与成形性能的影响。结果表明:随轧程数的增加,再结晶晶粒尺寸变化不大,但材料的平均r值相应提高;相同两轧程条件下,随累计压下率增大,材料的再结晶晶粒尺寸细化,平均r值以及{111}织构组分含量提高。再结晶织构峰值强度分别偏向{334}<483>和{554}<225>,{111}织构组分含量与材料的平均r值近似有二次函数的关系。
The effects of cold rolling and cold rolling reduction on the microstructure, texture and formability of 00Cr21MoNbTi ferritic stainless steel were studied by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results show that the recrystallization grain size does not change much with the increase of the number of rolling passes, but the average r value of the material increases correspondingly. Under the same two rolling conditions, the recrystallization grain size The refinement, the average r value, and the content of the {111} texture component increase. The peak intensity of recrystallization texture is biased toward {334} <483> and {554} <225>, respectively. The content of {111} texture component and the average r value of the material have approximately quadratic function.
