[目的]探讨不同因子对金银花快速繁殖育苗成活的影响。[方法]对插条不同年限、扦插时间、插条长度、激素浓度和浸泡时间等进行了扦插育苗试验。[结果]金银花扦插育苗时,插条年限以1年生半木质化嫩枝、时间以2012年9月20日~2012年10月20日、插条长度以10~13 cm处理生根率和成活率较高。激素处理可明显缩短插条愈伤组织形成时间和生根天数,有效促进插条生根和成活,以浓度120~200 mg/LABT1和NAA分别浸泡35~45 min处理生根率和成活率较高,其中以160 mg/L ABT1浸泡35 min成活率最高,达92.5%。[结论]该研究为提高金银花扦插育苗成活率,进一步优化快速繁殖技术提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the influence of different factors on the survival of fast-growing seedling of honeysuckle. [Method] Cuttage seedling experiment was carried out on different years of cuttings, cutting time, cutting length, hormone concentration and soaking time. [Result] The cuttings of Honeysuckle cuttings were semi-lignified at the age of 1 year, and the rooting rate and survival rate of cuttings were 10 ~ 13 cm from September 20, 2012 to October 20, 2012 Higher. The hormone treatment significantly shortened the callus formation time and rooting days of the cuttings and effectively promoted the rooting and survival of the cuttings. The rooting rate and survival rate of the cuttings treated with 120 ~ 200 mg / L LABT1 and NAA for 35 ~ 45 min were higher With 160 mg / L ABT1 immersed 35 min the highest survival rate, 92.5%.
