目的对伊痛舒注射液中挥发油成分进行GC-MS分析。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取伊痛舒注射液全方以及单味药材中的挥发油成分,利用GC-MS联用技术,结合计算机Nist-base质谱库检索技术,根据匹配度,对分离的化合物进行初步鉴别,分析伊痛舒注射液全方中挥发油成分的来源。结果伊痛舒注射液全方经水蒸气蒸馏提取,GC-MS分析,共得到59个色谱峰,鉴定了其中39个成分,占挥发性物质含量的53.27%。结论根据保留时间以及计算机质谱库对每个化合物给出的鉴定,分析了这39个成分的来源,其中防风、川芎和羌活对这39个成分的出现起了主要的作用,其次为其他。
Objective To analyze the constituents of volatile oil in Yitongshu injection by GC-MS. Methods The constituents of volatile oil in Yotongshu injection were extracted by steam distillation. The compounds were separated by GC-MS and computer NIST-base mass spectrometry. According to the matching degree, Preliminary identification, analysis of the source of the volatile oil components of Yitong Shu injection. Results Yitongshu injection by steam distillation, GC-MS analysis, a total of 59 peaks were identified, of which 39 were identified, accounting for 53.27% of the volatile matter content. Conclusion The sources of these 39 components were analyzed according to the retention time and computerized mass spectrometry database. The results showed that the three components were the most important, followed by others.
