6月10日,山西省发布《山西省人民政府关于深化国资国企改革的实施意见》,意见分为三大部分共计19条。根据意见,山西将重点发展混合所有制经济,完善相关的激励约束政策并成立国有资本投资(运营)公司。虽然并未像此前上海、湖北、江西等地出台的国资国企改革意见一样提出较为具体的发展目标,但此份《意见》仍将成为山西未来国资改革的指导性意见。
On June 10, Shanxi Province promulgated the Opinions of Shanxi Provincial People’s Government on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Assets and Enterprises. The opinions are divided into 19 major parts. According to the opinion, Shanxi will focus on the development of a mixed ownership economy, perfecting the relevant incentive and restraint policies and establishing a state-owned capital investment (operation) company. Although it did not raise the specific development goals like the reform opinions of state-owned enterprises made in Shanghai, Hubei and Jiangxi, the “Opinions” will still be the guiding opinions of future state-owned assets reform in Shanxi.
