目的:优化中药鼻通水的制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以鼻通水对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀的抑制率作为药效评价指标,考察提取时间(A)、提取次数(B)、加水量(C)、醇沉浓度(D)4个因素对药效的影响。结果:提取工艺影响因素依次为:加水量(C)>提取次数(B)>醇沉浓度(D)>提取时间(A),较优提取工艺条件为A2B3C3D1。结论:得出较优提取工艺条件为处方药材加8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1h,醇沉浓度为50%。该制备工艺合理,有效成分提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of nasal water of Chinese medicine. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to evaluate the effect of nasal water on the ear swelling of mice induced by xylene. The effects of extraction time (A), extraction times (B) and water addition (C), alcohol concentration (D) four factors on the efficacy. Results: The influencing factors of extraction process were: water addition (C)> extraction times (B)> alcohol sediment concentration (D)> extraction time (A). The optimum extraction conditions were A2B3C3D1. CONCLUSION: The optimal extraction conditions for the prescription herbs plus 8 times the amount of water, reflux extraction three times, each 1h, alcohol sediment concentration was 50%. The preparation process is reasonable, the extraction rate of active ingredients is high.
