用热磁仪测量钢的过冷奥氏体的恒温转变,一般都用光点法,即靠人工用秒表记录恒温转变过程中的“孕育期”和“转变终了”或者“转变百分比”的时间。这种方法有两个缺点:一是靠人工测量难于得出较准确的结果;二是进行试验时最少需三人。鞍钢钢铁研究所初步试制成功使用差动式电容器做为变换器,把试样的角位移变换为电量,并辅以一定的自制仪器,装在原有的热磁仪上,实现自动记录。使用证明:用
