根据“两级政府三级管理”新体制运行的需要,江苏路街道党工委、办事处领导在重视社区教育的同时,为培养和造就一支能适应现代化城区管理需要的干部队伍,不断开拓新思路,推出新举措,积极依靠辖区内成人教育学校,加强了在职干部的技术、文化培训,两年实施两项培训计划。既发挥了成人教育在社区教育中的作用,也为进一步提高干部队伍素质,打下了扎实的基础。
According to the needs of the “two-tier government three-level management,” the new system, the leaders of the Party committees and offices in the streets of Jiangsu Province, while attaching importance to community education, train and create a contingent of cadres capable of meeting the needs of modern urban management. We must continue to explore new ways of thinking and introduce new measures. We will actively rely on the adult education schools in our jurisdiction to strengthen the technical and cultural training of working cadres and implement two training programs in two years. It not only plays the role of adult education in community education, but also lays a solid foundation for further improving the quality of cadres.
