目的 :研究分析中成药疗效临床影响因素,提高临床的合理安全用药。方法 :回顾性分析我院于2014年2月-2016年2月应用中成药治疗,同时伴有不良反应的100例患者资料,统计患者不良反应发生的具体原因。结果 :100例发生不良反应患者中11%没有按照科学的方法贮存,24%没有合理选用剂型,34%没有进行辨证施治,31%没有合理配伍。结论 :中成药疗效临床影响因素是合理配伍和辨证施治,临床用药需要做好合理配伍和辨证施治治疗,减少不良反应发生率,提高患者临床疗效。
Objective: To study and analyze the clinical influencing factors of Chinese medicine efficacy and to improve the rational and safe use of medicine. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 application of proprietary Chinese medicine treatment, accompanied by adverse reactions in 100 patients, statistics of patients with specific causes of adverse reactions. Results: Of the 100 patients with adverse reactions, 11% had not been stored according to the scientific method, 24% did not use the dosage form rationally, 34% did not conduct syndrome differentiation and 31% did not have reasonable compatibility. CONCLUSION: The clinical influencing factors of Chinese patent medicines are reasonable compatibility and syndrome differentiation. Clinical medicine needs to be properly matched and treated by differentiation of symptoms and signs to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve clinical efficacy.
