北京地铁15号线车辆段首次将试车线设置于主体高层建筑之中。针对高层建筑与地铁车辆段试车线合建的结构方案,对设置于主体高层建筑内的预应力轨道梁结构进行分析和计算。通过编制相关计算软件,按照铁路相关规范规定的允许应力法对预应力轨道梁进行设计,并通过有限元分析验算施工、运营两阶段构件的应力、变形及开裂等状况,从而保证结构的安全。通过计算分析可知,轨道梁按梁单元建模、各轨道梁之间设置虚梁传递列车荷载的建模方式行之有效。在跨度较小的轨道梁设计中,采用有限元弹性静力分析计算轨道梁挠度并适当对轨道梁刚度予以折减的方式,以及不考虑预应力钢筋的作用进行截面配筋设计均可满足工程要求。本工程为今后类似工程项目提供借鉴。
Beijing Metro Line 15 depot for the first time set the test line in the main high-rise buildings. In view of the structure scheme of high-rise building and metro car test-drive line, the prestressed rail beam structure in the main high-rise building is analyzed and calculated. Through the preparation of relevant calculation software, the prestressed rail beam is designed according to the allowable stress method stipulated by the relevant railway codes, and the stress, deformation and cracking of the two-stage components in construction and operation are checked through finite element analysis so as to ensure the structural safety. Through the calculation and analysis, we can see that the modeling of the track beam by beam elements and the setting of the virtual beam transmission train load between the track beams are effective. In the design of the track beam with small span, the finite element method of elastic static analysis to calculate the deflection of the track beam and reduce the rigidity of the track beam properly, and the reinforcement design of the section irrespective of the prestressed reinforcement can meet the needs of engineering Claim. This project provides reference for similar projects in the future.
