水中酚类的含量是水质监测项目之一。我国地面水和饮用水的质量标准规定含酚量不能超过10ppb,而在加氯消毒的饮用水中含酚量应在5ppb以下。本文对酚及酚类化合物的荧光行为进行了研究,并采用萃取-荧光分光光度法测定水中的痕量酚,检测限可达3ppb,线性范围3—100ppb,本法适用于自来水、河水、湖水等天然水中痕量总酚的测定。 1.仪器及试剂:850荧光分光光度计(日立);正丁醇(A.R.);1NKH_2PO_4-NaOH缓冲
Phenol content in water is one of the water quality monitoring projects. China’s surface water and drinking water quality standards require that the amount of phenol can not exceed 10ppb, while in chlorinated drinking water containing phenol content should be below 5ppb. In this paper, the fluorescence behavior of phenols and phenolic compounds was studied.
