温家宝总理曾说:“会宁是状元县,我的秘书也是会宁人”会宁,当年红军长征后会师的地方。它地处“苦甲天下”的甘肃中部,是国家级贫困县中的特困县。就是这样一个县,却是全国闻名的“高考状元县”。自恢复高考以来,截至2009年,会宁已累计向各大中专院校输送5万名学生,有一组“百千万”的数字:近200多人获得博士学位,2000多人获硕士学位,20000多人获学士学位。
