腐蚀是引起海底管道破坏失效的重要原因之一,对海底管道腐蚀量进行测量和预测,是保证管道安全的重要组成部分。根据ASME B31G,推导了均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀同时发生时海底管道的极限内压计算公式。将局部腐蚀简化为沿轴向分布的矩形缺陷,利用灰色模型分别预测管道内的均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀,并根据预测结果计算出管道的极限内压和剩余寿命。鉴于局部腐蚀对管道强度的作用机理比较复杂,只分析了沿轴向分布的两个局部腐蚀对极限内压的影响,对于腐蚀宽度、环向分布以及多个腐蚀坑相互影响等更复杂的情况尚需开展深入研究。
Corrosion is one of the important reasons that lead to failure of submarine pipeline. Measurement and prediction of submarine pipeline corrosion amount is an important part of ensuring pipeline safety. According to ASME B31G, the formula for calculating the ultimate internal pressure of subsea pipelines when homogeneous and localized corrosion occur simultaneously is derived. The local corrosion is simplified to the rectangular defects distributed along the axial direction. The gray model is used to predict the uniform corrosion and local corrosion in the pipeline respectively. The ultimate internal pressure and residual life of the pipeline are calculated based on the prediction results. In view of the complex mechanism of local corrosion on pipeline strength, only the influence of two localized corrosion along the axial distribution on the ultimate internal pressure is analyzed. For the more complicated cases such as corrosion width, circumferential distribution and mutual influence of multiple corrosion pits Still need to carry out in-depth research.
